1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ClawDash.pro (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service or purchase any of our products.

2. Description of Service

ClawDash.pro is a digital marketplace that sells premium UI dashboard templates and starter kits designed for the OpenClaw AI agent ecosystem. Our products include:

• Pre-designed Next.js source code templates (frontend only)
• UI component libraries built with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
• Dashboard layouts for AI agent monitoring, task management, and analytics
• Lifetime updates to purchased templates

Important: ClawDash templates are UI starter kits only. They do not include backend logic, databases, or AI agent engines. The templates are designed to be connected to your own self-hosted OpenClaw environment.

3. Purchasing and Delivery

All templates sold on ClawDash.pro are digital downloads containing Next.js source code. Upon successful payment through our payment provider (Polar), you will receive immediate access to the full source code via a download link or repository access.

Payment processing is handled securely through Polar. By purchasing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected license tier.

4. License Types

ClawDash.pro offers two license tiers for each template:

• Standard License ($49): For solo developers, indie hackers, and individuals who want to use the template for their own personal projects. This license covers a single end product used by you or one client.
• Extended Agency License ($199): For software development agencies, startups, and commercial teams. This license allows the template to be reused, adapted, and deployed across multiple client projects and commercial products.

Regardless of the license type, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or open-source the raw template source code. Full licensing details are available on our License page.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital source code products, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed or downloaded the product. However, our support team is happy to answer any pre-purchase questions to ensure our templates are a good fit for your needs.

In cases of duplicate charges or verified billing errors, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, designs, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClawDash.pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the template source code as described in Section 4. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service or any purchased templates to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the raw template source code
• Claim authorship or original creation of the template design
• Use the templates in any product that competes directly with ClawDash.pro
• Attempt to reverse engineer any proprietary systems or tooling used by ClawDash.pro

8. Updates and Support

All template purchases include lifetime updates. When we release new features, components, or improvements, you receive access at no additional cost. We also offer email support for all customers to help with setup and integration questions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable website and download access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The materials on ClawDash.pro are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall ClawDash.pro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClawDash.pro and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction in which ClawDash.pro operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
